Orders in the UK are normally dispatched via the Royal Mail First Class Service. Packages sent in this way typically arrive with you in 1-3 days (excluding Sundays, including Saturday).
Economy Delivery usually takes between 4-7 days (excluding Sundays, including Saturday).
Next Day Delivery applies to all orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm. Orders usually arrive within 48 hours (excluding Sundays, including Saturday).

We deliver Worldwide from our UK warehouse. For overseas deliveries we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service if available, and dependent on destination country.

Please note, as E-Cigarettes are in the health category, come into contact or close contact with the mouth we cannot resell any used product. If you would like to return a product please ensure it remains in an unused, as new condition.
In the unlikely event that you need to return your order, you can do so without any questions asked in the first 30 days of purchase as long as there has been ‘reasonable care’ taken of the product. Although it should still be possible to examine the product, reasonable care is defined as where packaging/wrapping are not removed. For hygiene reasons as the product comes in contact with the mouth we cannot resell used products or products where seals have been removed.
The commercial warranty for products sold by Future Shisha differs per product type. E-Cigarettes are manufactured to have a life span of between 1 and 6 months before needing to be replaced. E-Cigarette accessories are generally consumable or semi consumables.
The warranty is not granted to products which are damaged due to handling or careless operation (mechanical shock, electrical, thermal, high impurities, high humidity conditions, foreign objects or liquids inside the equipment, broken batteries, atomizers/clearomizers with glass tank broken or other mechanical damages caused by the user). Normal mechanical wear is not covered by this warranty.
If your product becomes faulty and is still under warranty please send us an email here stating ‘Warranty Returns’ in the comments box and detailing the nature of the fault, along with your order number, delivery address and date of purchase. We will then send you a returns address and instructions. Once your order is returned the fault will be checked, if the fault is determined to be due to customer damage the product will not be replaced.
*Customers are liable for the cost of return carriage costs and recommend to use a recorded delivery service if possible.
*If an item is returned to us and found not to have the stated manufacturer fault the customer will be liable to pay delivery charges to have the goods returned to them. It is only possible for us to check for the fault/s reported on the original returns case so please ensure you are very clear about the exact faults prior to returning.
*Your products warranty starts from the date of purchase.
*Please note, for product listings where we have combined a selection of items which are normally sold separately on the site into a grouped product listing, in the unlikely event that there is a manufacturer fault we only cover the faulty part not the full package.
For UK orders goods usually arrive within 1-3 days of there dispatch or 4-7 Days from there dispatch for economy delivery orders. In national holidays and busy times of year this can increase.
In order for us to authorize any claim for non arrival of goods 14 days from date of dispatch must have elapsed. In the case of non arrival of goods the customer will be sent a legal bearing claims form from the courier which will need to be signed and returned, only once this is returned will we be able to either refund or resend the goods. *Please note that falsely claiming the non arrival of goods is fraud. Couriers do take note of claimants and if claim patterns arise they do prosecute.
Orders which fail to arrive must be reported to us within 21 days of purchase for any claims. To raise a claim please contact us here stating ‘non arrival of goods’, your delivery address, purchase date and order number.
