Is 21st Century Electronic Shisha a Healthier Alternative?

For those who aren’t aware, Electronic Shisha Pens were developed to resemble real Shisha, or Hookah, that involves smoking tobacco through a pipe and water. The tobacco is often flavoured and produces vast amounts of smoke, attributes that smokers around the globe enjoy. Real shisha originated in Middle Eastern countries, with Pakistan and India being the first to use them regularly. E-Shisha works by heating up a liquid, which then produces vapour and flavour. The liquid is composed of non-toxic chemicals that are commonly found in food, so unlike real Hookah the risk of cancer is non-existent. These chemicals produce so much vapour that it gives a genuine smoking sensation that many say is better than that of an electronic cigarette. The amount of “smoke” Electronic shisha gives in conjunction with its strong flavours make it a popular choice when out having fun and socializing with friends. Then there is another notable benefit since no real tobacco or smoke is being exhaled, there is no risk of passive-smoke entering friends’ lungs, something of a big concern with real Hookah.

Unlike e cigs, Electronic Shisha Sticks are meant for both non-smokers and smokers, with some containing little or no nicotine. E-Shisha is arguably better for non-smokers but with such a popular product, all needs are catered for. Lots of smokers prefer E-Shisha Pens to regular e cigs because of the more realistic sensation they give. It’s a matter of personal preference and taste, with many choosing E-Shisha Pens because they tend to last longer and give more vapour. Electronic shisha is great for those who want their stick to last several hours while they are out enjoying themselves, but since the E-Shisha Sticks tend to be disposable they might be better for occasional use, although they can come in refillable versions for regular users. The popular smoking of Hookah is now a lot safer thanks to the invention of E-Shisha Pens.
