How Quick Is Economy Delivery?
Orders dispatched with free delivery are automatically sent out on an economy service. If you require a quicker service please choose a quicker delivery option.
The estimated delivery time for the economy service is 3-5 working days, however as this is an estimate only deliveries can sometimes take a little longer.

My Order Hasn’t Turned Up?
Most orders sent with the Royal Mail do arrive very quickly. However, Royal Mail do give themselves up to 14 days to deliver your items. If your items have not arrived within the 14 days please let us know and we can raise a claim with the Royal Mail directly.

Can I Return Used Products?
We can only accept returns for products which are unused and as new. Many of the products we sell are consumables. This means that that they have a short or multiple use only life span. Consumable products cannot be returned. Atomizers, Coils and many E-Cigarettes fall under the consumable category. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any return for products which have come in contact with the mouth.

Do You Charge a Restocking Fee?
If it’s a simple change of mind return there is a restocking fee of 15% as per for products which are as new/unused. If the item has had the factory wrapping removed this increases to 20%. Consumables cannot be returned.

Is packaging secure and discreet?
All our packaging is secure and discreet. We use double padded white jiffy bags.

My product was working and now it has stopped working?
E-Cigarettes are not designed to last forever. The Atomizer part of your E-Cigarette Atomizer includes a coil which needs to be replaced and and/or cleaned regularly (approximately 1-3 weeks) to ensure vapour production. If your E-Cigarette or Atomizer has lost performance, in the first instance please replace the coil.

My Vamo Shows the ‘Check Atomizer’ Error?
Some KSD Vamo’s have an adjustable pin beneath the Atomizer which may need to be turned to increase the connection. Please see the following link for more info: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-k2kV1RWBnI. For most Vamo’s after the V7 KSD have changed the Adjustable pin for a spring loaded pin to overcome this problem.

How Can I Make Payment?
We accept all types of Credit/Debit Card via VivaWallet. Bank transfers and Crypto payments are also available.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

  • Delivery to the UK usually takes 1-3 days. (1-day delivery available, free delivery 5-7 days)
  • Delivery to Europe usually takes 6-10 days. (Express delivery available 3-5 days)

The Ego Stick Customizer/Atomizer needs to be in optimal condition for best use. The Ego Shish CE5 Stick should be cleaned thoroughly twice weekly if using every day and will need replacing every 2 months on average.

The Digital Ego Stick is a fashion model, its Atomizer is a fashion component and not cleanable.
